TTi was the UK distributor for the programmable power division of Xantrex for many years. After the acquisition of EEC by Xantrex, this incorporated the Sorensen and Elgar brands.

The division was bought by Ametek in 2009, at which point it was amalgameted with California Instruments which was already an Ametek company.

From January 1st 2010, TTi is now the UK distributor for all of the Ametek Programmable Power brands including California Instruments.
