The FPH series "Spectrum Rider" is a rugged and versatile hand-held spectrum analyzer. The frequency range of the base unit is 5 kHz to 2 GHz but the upper frequency limit can easily be extended to 3 GHz or 4 GHz via keycode - or pre-configured units are also available.
