Yokogawa DLM5000 Series

The DLM5000 is a multi-channel mixed-signal oscilloscope designed for systems requiring simultaneous observation of many analogue and digital signals. With 4- or 8-channel configurations and extensive logic capability, a single instrument can capture sensor, control and communication signals together. High-speed acquisition, long memory and multi-unit synchronization make it well suited to embedded systems, power electronics and complex mechatronic applications.

• Choose from 350 or 500 MHz bandwidth models, with acquisition up to 2.5 GS/s across multiple channels
• 8-bit native vertical resolution, with high-resolution mode providing up to 12-bit resolution
• Up to 500 Mpoints acquisition memory and history memory for up to 100,000 captured waveforms
• Synchronize two DLM5000 instruments for measurement of up to 16 analogue channels
• Large 12.1-inch touchscreen with logic, serial bus, waveform, FFT and advanced debugging functions
